A formal VCPR is only established when a licensed veterinarian has examined your animal in person and agreed to take responsibility for your animal's care. Do not rely on information from this Site as a substitute for an established VCPR.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
